is it me or does it seem like theres quite a few mistakes
"Two models of the RX-8 were launched in May."
"The GT also gets leather seats, self-adjusting xenon headlights, traction and stability control systems, an anti-theft system, a 6-way adjustable driver's seat, heated front seats and a photochromic rear view mirror with Homelink remote control buttons. The only options (for the GT only) are the $1,000 sunroof and $3,000 navigation system. Both models have standard frontal and side airbags."
1. isnt there 3 models? or is canada different
2. launched in may?
3. isnt the navi 2000$? or is canada different

I was surprised to read about the body roll and dive. I would have thought the car had a little more composure than that. I've wondered how sporty the suspension would eventually end up with intended marketing being to a much large dmographic. Hopefully it's not too excessive as I will be AutoX'ing the car.
"I particularly enjoyed the instant throttle reactions, especially when downshifting. For me, this was always the old RX-7's greatest failing, in spirited driving. "
I agree, that was one of the biggest issues with my FD was the difficulty to rev. After switching to a 4 banger, I would practically hit the rev limiter in heel-toe action because it reved so much easier than the 13B-REW. I've read that the 8's flywheel was 20% lighter and I imagine that along with carbon fibre driveshaft and lightened rotors have indeed helped the cause.
