Fifth gear used sports car quick comparison with Boxster, Z4 and RX-8

All of them would be closer to the truth than "most" of them.
Why do you talk when you know absolutely nothing about the situation in europe?
Mazda recommends 12k mi\1 year oil changes, spark plugs every 60k, most cars never had the coils or catalytic converters inspected, let alone the ecu reflashed.
European rx8s tend to be pieces of crap that nobody should even think about buying. German and UK ones especially also have rust problems.
Oh, nobody ever premixes.
Should I go on?

What's with this claim of such significant differences between U.S. and European 8s, let alone even more specifically, German and UK ones?
For the record, I've had my 8 for nearly 8 years now, and the only other car I've owned that has held up as well in terms of tightness and (believe it or not) reliability is a mid 90s Civic EX 5 speed I owned and drove the snot out of.

I've been wrong before, so it's possible I am again, but unless I'm under a truly and fundamentally flawed assumption, aren't RX-8s the same, with the exception of what side the steering wheel and gauges on, the world over?

I like that video, but the boys over at the FRS forum are going to be upset as their car is better than any other car ever made.
In fact they have a thread that compares the FRS to damn near every car and motorcycle made!!!!!

/\ Really...aren't enthusiasts funny.
I wonder if they have the link to a respected US writer who compared their FRS to current NC Miata/MX-5.
Went something like, the FRS is great, it 'feels' like a one stringed violin, but, the Miata has all the strings!

Mazda produces some really stunning cars..they are quite comparable to the one's which are manufactured by a bit more exotic brand which is Porsche..but i guess the Mazda has a upper hand in the price section which is the most important aspect when it comes to sports cars.
