It's A$$. I hate the bulges by the wheelwells, the straight edges on the original MS looks much better.

I like how the blue one looks "meatier". But I like the old Mazdaspeed RX-8 as well.

I don't know if a standard cat would work or is necessary. The major component of the exhaust of hydrogen fueled cars is water vapor. Since the combustion isn't perfect there are a few other chemicals... hydrocarbons I believe... but in VERY small quantities.

Ditto... that and the 4 tipped exhaust. The front to the Kenstyle kit is so so, but I like this rear profile (the rims aren't my cup of tea though).

This is true. Actually i hope this kit sells really well. It'll just make my 8 look even better.

This is true. Those comments above are just my own personal opinion. If the majority of the people are happy with them, then i guess that is great for mazda.

Do you know if they plan on stopping production of the older kit? And if so.. when?

No idea. I'd really like to know if they are actually going to produce this kit or not and if it will cost the same, less or more thant he current. I'd also like to know if they are going to continue the current kit or discontinue it if this one is released...

Uh, I'm going to go with no here. You can find vents like these on countless race cars and a number of street cars.

P.S, those vents don't even work on the Sagaris. Not that they would on the 8.

theres alot wrong with vettes, although its does have a very good engine!

anyway the vents on to of the wing like that i have to say i have never seen on a street car bar the Sagaris originally they where used for grip i think but on the street model they are for looks only!....after all thats not the race version thats only the street model TVR! the racing TVRs like the speed 12 have a 0-death time of about 3 seconds!

looked at the Sagaris a while back but impossible to insure under 25's on it!

Got a quick look at not only the 8, but also the 6 and MX-5 cars in a JDM. All three were shown at the recent TOkyo Auto Salon. All three had some type of performance upgrade... suspension, exhaust, etc.

The RX-8 had upgraded suspension, larger radiator, PCM tune and Ti catback as well as special front and rear seats. The pic of the rear end... HOT! A revised rear bumper (no tack-on pieces) with diffuser. Looks totally different than the current one... hmm...something more like the VARIS rear diffuser, but not. The exhaust tips are also oval. Mazda needs to put this thing out.
