I like the 8 to get attention because our sale value goes up and so does mazdas sales which ultimately benifits us. I also like the fact that with increased sales you will get increased aftermarket. again, another plus. I love the fact that my car is rather rare. I really never see many one the road. I like all the attention my car gets because its so much different then the other cars and there arnt many 8s on the road. However, it pains me to see it in baby blue with a huge park bench on the back. I hate the idea of ricers destroying it in the name of being fast and furious. So i hope it get minimal attention just for sake of saving it form ricers but i would like some attention for an increased aftermarket and overall sales.

Agreed...this movie can help the 8 or hurt it....hopefully many won't notice it.
I like the rarity factor too....it wouldn't be the same if i saw a 8 on every corner.LOL!

Bulent Screen Recorder Freeware. Won't record sound, the full version will though. But the freeware will capture whatever is on whatever part of the screen you deem. Great for recording webcam conversations and stuff. You can also screen cap the movie.

 

The only RX-8 I saw for more than a second was the light blue one at the beginning. I think there's a red one sitting on the side with its hood popped open too.

As for the movie..

 

Come on guys, as horrible as these movies are, and as attrocious ( I think thats a word ) as the acting is, at least they are amusing at best. Can somebody tell me what the hell lil bow wow is doing in Japan though? I personally cant wait to see how much worse this one is than the last one. At least its good for a good laugh.

 

FYI - the movie was friggin shot in like LA! Oh I can see the confusion now!

 

LOL...yea I heard about that. They made up the city streets to look like downtown tokyo. Whatever, I still stand by my original question. If the film takes place in tokyo, why is lil bow wow there? Even worse, what the hell does he know about drifting?

Actually they shot some of the movie in Japan... not all here. I asked because one of our cars from work is in the movie, and was shipped to Japan to complete the filming on the streets there.

But ya, why MUST they include a token black guy in all the F&F movies?

 

I don't see how Lil' Bow wow is a token anything other than token annoyance

 

AHH I'm going to put a MOD motor in an 8 so it'll be able to keep up with the skyline powered mustang lol. I bet they use nitrous with those turbo'd 'drift' cars too...on a side note I'm going to have to see this movie LMAO.
