They have used that Rx-8 numerous times for different small scale test's. The most famous one (to me atleast) is the radar avoidance myth. Watched the entire thing 'cause of that lil car.. oh wait I'm lying.. Kari was in that episode

and here I thought I was the only who though Kari was hot!! My fav was the eposide in which they tested if buttered toast lands up more than non-buttered toast.....and Kari said in a sultry voice; "My toast always lands butter side up". I cringed a little.
Now I'm off to google images

There are actually a few RX-8 models used in that show. There is the white one mentioned, the transformer one has a cameo and I know I've seen another one...blue I believe in the background somewhere.
I have the shows downloaded on my computer...huge fan of the show.

I love Mythbusters; it's easily one of the best shows on television.
My girlfriend and I tivo every episode, but we're still catching up from previous years that we didn't see.
I wonder if they would have used a rotary engine in their homemade jetpack episode (they used a Rotax piston engine) if they would have been able to achieve liftoff...

what the hell does Kari do besides be in that show, i want to know what kind of things she does outside the show. oh and i see the 8 in a lot of episodes where the guys just sit around and discuss what they're going to do. keep an eye out, its mostly the white one.
