Maybe old news to some, but the I watched Top Gear on Discovery Channel this PM! Great show, glad to have it in the US!

Yeah i watched this weekend and it is a sweet show all about the DB9 i think... good show happy its on discovery

 

yeah, that was a good episode. i really liked the bobsled vs evo rally car...and i didn't know that bobsleds pulled up to 6.5Gs in some turns

 

What do you expect? there's no brakes, and the sled is going around those sharp corners vertically. It's like a rollercoaster.

 

Anyone know how old that topgear episode was?

 

I caught the episode where he and the other dudes raced to Monte Carlo. He drove the Aston and they rode the train....

 

They seem to be showing clups from various episodes and just piecing them together so it's hard to say.

 

They also put out a magazine. Barns and Noble carries it I beleave.

borders carries the magazine too, and it's not that great. i prefer car and driver over it or speed.

 

i have the episonde in my computer when they test drove the rx8 vs the nissan 350z. one of the guys said the rx8 is the best car he has ever driven on. its a 10 min video clip that i watch every time i read something bad about rotary engines or the rx8 (why so many people hate the 8s? is it jelousy? prolly) any how if any body wants to have a copy of it (not sure if its copyrigthed stuff) email me at ftovar50@sprintpcs.com

well i already got tons of email asking for the video witch i am glad because seeing the 8 performing that way is incredible anyhow i have a problem with the video. what happend is that i am only able to watch the video with nero showtime but not with wmp or quick time or any other program it does play it but it only play soung not video so if any body out there have a clue and can direct me to proper convert the video or to find the propec codec your help will be much appreciated not just by me but for many people that is willing to watch the video.

 

I have the video as well, Downloaded P2P. Anyone know of a good site I can uploaded it to? I will compress it down I think its around 80mbs.

I watched it the other day. I'm outside of Chicago with Comcast digital cable and DVR. I did a search for the show a few days ago to set up a series recording, but the DVR froze. Yesterday I looked again and couldn't find it. Maybe they pulled it from their line-up?

Maybe somebody else has more info. I'll triple-check tomorrow. Somebody could take a look at discovery channel's web site if they're so inclined.
