Talking Who Predicted the 16B First?

Here is what I wrote on 03-04-2006 at 10:15 PM:

2007 Predictions
Predictions for the 2007 RX-8

Increased Displacement 16B Engine with Direct Injection

More Power (285 HP)

Better Highway Fuel Economy (27 MPG)

Minor trim Changes

When I search for keyword 16B within posts nothing shows up, I found the above post by searching on my username. Does anyone have an earlier 16B prediction?

Cool, did he predict 1.6 for the displacement? I'll look for his post.

There have been several comments about a larger displacement for a while now. That was inevitable.

Now who can tell us what will be done to inhibit detonation in the new motor?

Not Mazda. We should just go take a engine and put it in a new car and call it madness!

No one predicted it. It was a wish list item that was discussed here years ago. The only one's to predict a larger rotary and be accurate about it was Mazda.

Zoom is the smoking man. Think about it, he always has some kind of insider information(even if he is spinning the story). He has many accomplices, and even more puppets to do his bidding and watch his back. Yet neither side, good or bad, will claim him.

Dead on. Impressive. Can you tell me the exact score of Superbowl XLII? I would love to place a futures bet.

this is the firts time I saw 1.6l :

The most obvious way to increase hp/torque would be the first thing mentioned in my original post in this thread. Of course we are hearing the rumblings about a possible 1.5 or 1.6L renesis for future cars. 90mm rotors will give the new engine a displacement of approx 1475mm and 95mm rotors will give the new engine a displacement of approx 1553mm. Hopefully SuperDan will have more info for us about this stuff.

He does, but he'd have to kill you if he told you.
