That's cool, eclipse0!

Funny tho, today I was at Marlin Mazda, also in Ft. Lauderdale for my first service and a tech showed me the new switchblade key, very nice!, but.....

They also had a Sunlight Silver Mazdaspeed RX-8 for sale!!! Man it was nice! It's probably built part-by-part and it wasn't only the bodykit, either... and I'm sure it wasn't one of the 300 factory assembled ones. It even had the Lightweight Mazdaspeed Gunmetal wheels. :D

Unfortunately, I didn't check the window sticker for $$$.

I believe all the colors (cloth, black or red) are available except for Chapparal.

i was just there today also, they replaced my shift *** cause it was fading as well as my center connsole lid since it had broken from just putting my elbow on it.

I love gunther, but they told me that they didnt want to replace my AC amp since they said it wasnt making a difference, Danny im having that same problem, that my ac gets hot while im stopped at a light or something and i have fresh air coming in. Mike is my service advisor he is a cool guy. I turned him on to this site, so he can get good info since the Dealership it seems are the last ones to find out whats going on with our cars.

Tommy I told my service advisor i was having the same problem and they replaced it with no problem. Maybe they ran out of AMPs. Talk to them again

I do not like the white. Makes it look like a Dustbuster vaccum cleaner.

I went to Marlin Mazda to test drive an rx8 and they were horrible. The person i drove with didnt know how to drive a manual and couldnt tell me how to get into reverse. I eventually figured out on my own how to do it.

Is there a Mazda dealer in SF thats much better than the rest? I hear good things about Gunther?

The white looks just OK to me. I think it really needs a set of aftermarket wheels and a body kit to really set it off.

The 2 they have at my dealer look pretty plain plus they are both autos! Maybe the appearance package would help. I like white cars but these do nothing for me.

That's strange... Marlin has never given me any problems...

They're good people & willing to work for you... Max (Marcene, Sales), Carlo (Finance), and John (Service) have always pulled thru for me.

I hope you gave the 8 the second chance it deserves....
