Galaxy Grey has a blue hue to it at certain angles. It looks grey at one angle and blue at another, I love it.

Congrats!

Gray is the sweetness. As mentioned all over the forum...clear corners will tidy up the look. Not sure what the laws are up there.

Damn, looks hot!

I drove my phantom blue 8 from washington DC to Montreal for the Canadian GP back in June. OMG that city was LITTERED with Ferraris. Not to mention Porsche, Lambo, Benz, Bentley's, Lotus, etc.! I got towed from my place on Cote-de-nege, so the last nite I parked on the bottom floor of the downtown Marriot. The ENTIRE floor was 911's, boxers Cayman, GT2/3's. It was ridiculus. I will for sure be going back to Montreal!

Downtown montreal during F1 grand prix weekend is indeed filled with nice cars. Youll notice that they are not all quebec plated though, they come from all over during that weekend.

Like others mentionned Galaxy gray has some blue in it, however in a parking garage with neons it looks alot like titanium grey.

The 2 tone interior was offered in canada on galaxy grays in 2006. For 2007 it was not available.

Thanks for the comments

I have an '06 Sunlight Silver with the same interior and I love it! The pictures make the color look dull, but it has a very nice shine to it in person. It looks like cinnamon

The only thing I miss about the Type-S is shifting through the gears at redline. Thats where the car really outshines the RX-8.

1) the sound of vtec with intake+exhaust is
2) the shifter precision + length of throws with a short shift is

The rest is handsdown the RX-8. It is much more fun going through curves in the 8 than redlining the S.

I really need to do something about the stock RX8 shifter.

that is too grey for me. You're grey, maitre, enjoy the new ride :P

The leather color with the greyness goes unexpectedly well together.

For the shifter....get the Axial Flow short throw. It will make all the difference.
