I flipped the page on calendar this morning and I'm lookin' at a big pretty Orange RX-7! Talk about deja vu.

Damn Ghost, that's shitty but glad to hear you're makin' the best out of it. I have those exact same stands.

FYI (i think it is important to mention)
these are sample drafts. we will be doind similar for each month but post some pictures you want to use for your main image and alos any you mgith have that are vertical. Also for you main image try to get images where the car is in one of the corners top, bottom or left and right. the format stays but the orintation does not.
we will get more options out this weekend or tuesday whcih gives you some time to print.

@ Speeddemon32 or Mshell - do you guys have any kind of basic or stock image used for the David Segalla memorial statue?

looks good to me. I would go with it. my only .02 is to change the font to something a little more "cool" for the screen names.

thats all.

I like it!

Loren, what do you mean. do you mean like the memorial decals we made last year?

how about this?

Obviously without the white block - just to show a different font

jedi...make sure you take several shots from the same position, but change the location of the car in the shot.

The shots that work best for this format are one's where the car is either in the lower right, or lower left of the shot....close ups where the car is centered will not work for this format.

Also, try to take vertical, as well as horizontal shots.

For the screen names....maybe we can look at what we did for the first calendar...it was a script that looked like handwriting.

KC....What loren wants, is a picture of the Rotor Man. We want to take the picture and incorporate it somehow in the calendar. It will make more sense when you guys see the finished version.

I'll just take a ton of pics and sent them all to ya. It's a spot where they're building new homes near Lake Elsinore so it's got an empty lot in the background and a great view of the mountains

with regards to the font.....we need to keep in mind of who has the longest screenname....as this will be the basis for font size selection.

Speeddemon32 has the largest screenname so we will be limited in size based on that.

At least we don't have carribbean_spice_boy_73........cause that is one long screen name

I think you are looking only for rotorman, but figured while I was at it I would throw in the other stuff.

nice to have some new shots of your car to highlight all the new mods. I assume Loren and I will work again on the calendar on Tuesday.
