Is it my imagination or do the 2009's no longer have the rear and front rotary accents?

Just checked it out at my dealer. It looks MUCH better in person. Especially the tail lights which I found quite odd and ugly from the pictures. They actually aren't too bad in person.

I think spoiler on R3 is not the OEM spoiler from the first gens, although it looks VERY similar. Also the exhaust tips are actually bigger, but it appears to be the same exhaust. Finally, the interior is AMAZING, especially the seats.
