Great seat up man.. Looks bad ***....
Your clutch problem was running 13b clutch set ups on your first 2... HKS and EXedy.Meant for 13b moderate 2 rotor HP in front of the stock rx8 tranny....
The spec 3 disk will work great for your set up, wont break on your t56...

The spec is also for a 13b, we just modifoied some diskc to fit the t56. But so far so good. Lets see what happens.

We are working on a 8.8 rear end with independent suspenssion ofcourse. But That is only on the work table. Got the parts but have been busy working on some other stuff. It will happen eventually.

I don't know if you still have cash flow left, but you might look into doing what the FD guys did. They bought a cradle from a company that was making the Jimlab cradles for Cobra rear ends. The factory cobra rear end can handle 1000hp with upgrades shafts.

If in fact the cobra IRS is the 8.8, then disregard because you already know how stout they are.

That in my mind would be the ideal solution. Construct a cradle to mount an 03-04 cobra 8.8" diff in place of the stock one, and connect with some custom halfshafts. Suspension is unchanged, and the rear end setup will be grenade proof. Exactly what the FD guys have been doing.

Anyway, any chance of some pics of the T56 setup?

The rear end has to wait for now, my pockets are hurting. lol , I'll get you some pics of what Im working on for that, instead of buying it form somebody else. Yea, we like fabricating and having fun, and theres no fun in buying everything... hehe Again, I dont leave any options off the table.
BTW, took the car for a spin out today ( after fixing the axle ) and took some vids. I will try to take some tomorow from outside the car, so videos coming soon.
And about that T56 pics.... Ill have to check on my files, Im sure I have some pics..

maybe you should just coast everywhere, and not ever touch the throttle?
