Enjoy it, the S2k is a very fun car to drive and very reliable as well. I can understand your switch since I have both the 8 and a car that is very similar to the S2k since with the few mods it has similar handling and speed that it does.
Also, FYI that's not the spoon hardtop it's honda's attempt at making the s2k into a hardtop coupe for the s2000 for the next generation. They have since changed it and that will not ever go into production.

This isn't a knock against the 8, it's really about AP1's (2000-2003 2.0L and 9k RPM) vs. AP2's (2004-present 2.2L and 8k RPM). There's always a debate about which one's a better car. Personally I like the AP2 since I have one.

Are you being sarcastic? Internetz often sucks since you can't always tell. If yes then that's cool, if not then just fyi it's a fact that with 3 simple bolt-ons they're as fast in a straight line as a S2k and stock for stock the handling is very similar with the s2k having the slightly better handling.

nice car.....
but trading in the RX-8 for the S2000 isnt much of an upgrade. Both of the cars are very similar. I guess The S2000 feels more sportier.. Enjoy your new car!
