Animated computer rendering of "rotary engine"

raytraced this, wasn't trying to recreate the housing, I was just focused on the motion. It was an interesting mathematical endeavor however. I've had to reduce the size to fit the 200k limit.

Oops. Sorry I guess I should have mentioned that. The coding and rendering was done using POV-Ray which can be downloaded from povray.org (it's freeware). The animation compilation was done with Animation Shop that came with an old copy of Paint Shop Pro.
