I don't live in Austin I drove down for other stuff and went to the meet. I was dropped 2" on sprint springs and I scraped getting in and out of parking lots a few times, the roads didn't seem bad but it seemed like every place I wanted to turn into had a steep angle on it and I had to be really careful or it would scrape.

Roads here are probably better than most of the other major cities in Texas, my car sits pretty low and I do fine, I have been driving slammed cars since about 92 though lol

CRX is one of our shop's demo cars, it has shaved doors, molded bodykit, custom one off paint, custom interior, engine work, etc etc, There's quite a bit done to that car, and the guy who was driving it has another one which is going to be nuts when it's finished. That same CRX we had with us competed in USACI comps last year sweeping regional events and eventually finished out the year taking 2nd place in the Nationals in Nebraska along with another car we built which also finished 2nd in its class, all this in the first year of competing.
I don't see any pics of them but we had 2 Acura CL's with us as well, one of which has 19" Volk's on it and a custom fitted bodykit made for a TL and modded to fit the CL, that car is one of the cleanest CL's I've seen and took 2nd in its first show at Texas HeatWave.

I'm really really really sorry about the food/mixup, we go there every Saturday and never have a problem, then the one time I invite the whole world to come, the food is subpar, the service is awful, and everything falls apart. I ended up getting a free meal only to find out one of my friends who came with me got overcharged or something....ugh

I'd totally be down for something like what the DFW guys do, sure we have our monthly TexasRxs deal, but it'd be cool to have something else as well. There's plenty of other places to go, heck, there's several in that same vicinity like Trudy's, Waterloo Ice House etc etc, or we could skip grub and shoot pool down the street, whatever. Either way, I'm glad everyone came out and it was cool meeting folks Looking forward to next time and a better place to meet

I'd still recommend he use the BHR kit...the turbo is properly sized and not nearly as spikey as the PTP...

What is that pic of? I'm about to rip apart the dash and install a carputer to replace the AC/Head unit and was looking for a screen....

i just dont want something based off the greddy.. Idk maybe its jsut me.. its liek buying a 94 eg6 hatch and drop in a integra GSR engine..

It just aint right.. IM SURE ITS GREAT but.. id go with something liek mazsports.. and the ptp kit is awesome.. if youve ever ridden in one witha turbo its a BEAST!

looks great under the hood.. and i can work wtiht hem.. since the guy is my friend and lives right down the street from me..

i was actualyl thinking about getting the ptp kit and having MM do my maps.. since i have cobb.. they can tune cobb.. but i trust MM to get me a nice conservative map to run fine.. i just need to get some logging for him.. idk im gonna talk to him once i get it installed.

the spikeness is prob due to tuning.

thety used HKS stand alone.. Im gonna use COBB =]]]]

PTP tuned by MM

that should be something new =D

Again...the snail is NOT properly sized...

The BHR kit only includes a Greddy manifold and thats about it. The quality of the kit is top notch.

It's nice that you have a friend that works there...but I'd STILL recommend that you get a kit that is not just complete, but properly flow matched to the engine.

I have ridden in lots of turblown cars including the PTP supra...

But again...BHR is simple, complete, painless, and flow matched...
