LOL.. that was going to be my question too.

Congrats Chris, very nice. I've been thinking that might be my next car too, but not for quite a while.

I don't think you can call a Miata a "beast."

cosworth has a supercharger and there are some turbo kits.......plenty of ls swaps, 383 swaps, 13btt swaps.......my car is just under 2500lbs so any power in it can make it surprisingly fast....with just bolt ons you can make 160-175whp

Big wheels are wrong on a Miata.

Sweet car man....I think you made the correct car choice. I should know You have to come over to miata.net. Good people over there with lots of info. I will say though, not many are psyched on your type of "visual modifications". Any type of performance modificaition though...GAME ON!

that is a cool looking car--you feel like you are driving a go kart on a public road, the older ones anyways. probably one of the most fun cars to drive IMO

Damn, that SC is said to put 210-220 to the rear wheels. On a car that is 2500 pounds......yeesh, now that sounds like fun.

I'd be careful about going too wide without adding significantly more hp. I'm not very familiar with the NC, but a lot of NA and NB owners ruin the handling of their cars by adding heavier wheels. The 6.5-lb wheels on my '93 are delightful, especially on the rough roads around me.
