Black RX-8 Mini-Me

My autoart 1/18 finally showed up after some eBay hassles with a nimrod. It took about .04 seconds for my 5 year old to shove a polly pocket in it and start singing the Zoom Zoom song... these kids are definitely going to be enthusiasts : )

Anyway, here's a quick pic of my mini 8:

Nice Mini you. I've got one in Red. Hint: Whatch the mirrors and the rear glass side windows, they are prone to be removed accidetally. Also, if you can figure out how to get the body off, let everyone know with a DIY. I can only get the front end loose enough to pull it up to see the full engine. I am looking to do some mods with it but it is proving difficult to take apart very far. There are screws behind each license plate. Also, what about that front plate?? It comes off but there is a part behind it that goes through the grille. I have some ideas about how to fill the hole. One last thing, MGuirs NXT makes it shine!

P.S. You've got to slow down on your posts, I'll never catch up!

I plan on NXT'ing it tomorrow. I'm suprised you haven't found a way to work a little LED into the 3rd brake light for a certain mod...

You guys inspired me to order my own Mini RX-8. I can't wait to get it. I just have to figure out how to mount a Borla exhaust on it. If only I could get a 1/32 slot car version too.
