Calling all Nordic Greens
#251
I have been "jimkhana" on Miata.net (and other forums) for years. Got a tag for my last Miata and had to change spelling to fit. Should have spelled it that way to begin with.

I looked at it yesterday and just decided that it was the normal Nordic Green Mica Chameleon Effect (tm) that makes NGs look black, gray, blue, yellow, and pink fuchsia in different lighting (some of those were jokes but most weren't ). But that isn't NG unless your camera is completely screwed up.
Pretty sure Bumble Bee hit it on the head with Phantom Blue. What year is it? NGs were only made in '04 and '05. I don't think they pushed out PBs until 2007 but I might be wrong about that and it may have come out in 06.

heres a couple pics of my ng, showing off its different skins
i know shes super dirty in the first pic, but it was right after getting the windows tinted...and they didnt wash any of the solution off...
just got her 3 weeks ago, ordering an exhaust next week, and did the interior green led conversion last nite, and green hids for the fogs are going to be ordered soon

Car looks like it's in great shape. Must have been pretty well loved before you.
Shrink down that first picture if you could so the thread is still readable. Oh and get some clear corners when you get your exhaust. You'll love how different the car looks without that orange.

i dont know how well it was taken care of, it had 4 owners and 35k on it...but i got it with no chips or scratches or anything with the exception of one of the window rubbers being ripped ever so slightly. You never really know when you buy from a dealer
i was actually just gonna smoke out those corners, since i plan on smoking out my tails and perhaps my headlights
i scratched up the bottom plastic panel already tho...nothing visible but i know its there, this cars a lot lower than my old corolla, found out the hard way

Get some clear corners and enjoy it for all it's worth.
