Tire size is 245/45/17
And yes you have to roll the fenders (mine are cut and rolled..), you have to cut the inner finer, grind down a bunch of stuff and a few other things. Its not a simple install by any means. But its not overly dramatic..
There are a lot of people who have a lot to say about fitting this setup, ironically all from people who fit nothing like it. Its a pain, and it does rub when I drive it hard, but its not bad.
In the front the issue you run into is the bolt that holds up the bumper and side marker wants to cut into your tire. that whole "corner area" is a problem. Bryan didn't have any serious rubbing issues which was obvious from the perfect condition the tires were in (that and the fact he barely drove on them) But my car is easily 1.25-2"s lower than his. Problems all day long.

Haha. Unless they are next to each other I mix them up. Where did you get it? I really want the burnout or rmagic lip but they are out of my price range. (Im in college) A knock off might fall in my range.

I got the front lip from visracing.com. I had a local shop order it. The lip + tax + shipping = 407. It fits great with no need to modd. the lip. I had maaco paint it for 135.

^^^^ yeah the only thing about these NJ secret build up projects is that the more secret they are and the more hype built up over them the worse they come out....

Hey everyone, new guy here from up north where the snow is still kicking our asses...
1) Bought my 8 about a month ago and I'm in love.
2) Been reading this forum every night learning new things, and amazed at how tight this community seems. Very cool to finally be a part of it.
3) Just did my first set of simple mods (emblems, clear corners, strakes). Ordered from rx8strakes and couldn't believe how quickly the order got to my door - props to them!
Anyways, here it is:
