altspace, you really need to get your car debadged.

the front end looks so much better. your pics will be far more striking.

ha ha I'm just messin with ya altspace, I respect your opinion.

+1 for the debadge! I think every 8 owner needs to debadge it makes the front and rear look so much cleaner. I've planned to do that for about a month or so but between work and school I just haven't had the time.

It's all good. Ya, with my MS front I did not want the badge. In order to de-badge the trunk it would require a bit of money to fill in the holes and have the trunk repainted. I actually like it as is, people see the car from the front sometimes with the MS bumper and have no idea what it is, so they walk around to the back.

Oh, well that would leave holes as well. The 8 does not travel much in the winter anyway. How's the snow in your area?

Perks, forgot to mention I love that Autobahn front. Almost bought it myself but I got the Mazdaspeed through sponsorship.

my area got about 18-24 inches of snow. pretty damn decent. since my car is parked on the street, i still havent dug it out yet. i leave the wall of snow as a protective barrier.

yeah, debadging the stock front end leaves holes. i had it done and it makes the stock front look amazing. however, since its just your winter front its really not worth it.

and debadging the rear? not worth it either. i asked my shop and they quoted me $800. i said **** that. i'll find a cf trunk for cheap ($200-300, with some fading etc) and have them paint it for $300. then i can keep my stock trunk and i've saved some money too.

my trunk says Mazda8 however.
