lol @ fishtank. We just had a series of heavy rainfall and the inevitable happened. I think I'll finally have to change the taillight gasket to solve it once and for all.

The badge is a Decepticons logo if you're referring to the one on the nose

The fender has an "aftermarket" (thats the only word I can find to describe it) MazdaSpeed badge.

And yes I redid the exhaust shrouds / lower area. Let me attach a picture of the rear bumper:

You can fix the plastic trim fading by using Mother's Back to Black. Works really well. I just got sick of maintaining it so I decided to paint it.

I agree. Also the lip makes that style of wheel look much smaller. Loved the Shinka wheels.

Stock exhaust? If you go bigger that paint will melt fast. I've seen it happen and even the stock FRP melted as well.

Many people do not know this, but the exhaust shrouds are not just plastic. They are heat resistant Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic. However with too much heat from larger exhaust tips they "dry up" and will melt under extreme heat with no cool off period. Ask any of the guys that track their 8.

Think I'm liking the rear you did, but do you have some better pics, like showing it full face rear ?

My RX-8 is now lowered (Tein S Techs). Had it done over the weekend. The pictures were taken at work before I walked in the other day. I haven't had time to get out and do another shoot with it.

Not nearly as aggressive as most would go but that was by choice. I like ground clearance. lol
