I'll trade you my abarth 500 for your pesky fd and then we will have had the same cars.
Sadly I can't claim the ND as my own. Its my old man's retirement toy. It makes me want one every time he lets me drive it.
The RF serves as my daily obviously, lol. And i do enjoy it as a daily. I may trade it in for an ND2, just seeing if BBR will make a turbo for the ND2. I want those darn recaro seats, lol.
Don't plan on letting go of the FD though. I will be taking delivery of another one late this year or early next, one that will be more of a fun build rather than the oem+ the white one is.
Had a great fall season with the 8 after making some much needed repairs over the summer. Took a long 2 hour drive on Saturday since we had a rare 60 degree day in December here in PA. This week they are calling for 3-5 inches of snow on Wednesday, so I think its time to retire till spring.
I have a few days off and I have neglected this one basically all year. Cleaning for the winter and didn't want sonic to feel that he has the only wb to post. I'm on the fence about installing the aero pkg. Trying to keep this one original.
Thanks, I've really enjoyed it even though I don't drive it anymore. Car has 76000 on original engine. My daughter and her boyfriend going for a spin at the deals gap rotary rally.
Top one at speed is very cool and my favorite of the bunch. I can't believe you tracked on those heavy BBS' wheels? I see you had Hankook 'tire-lettering' in another posted pic, what did you drive on?
And crazy you rented a paddock, I've never felt the need to do that. Must've felt like a VIP

It's my favorite too, like I said there are more pics and videos. These where just from a cell phone.

Depends on what you call heavy, stock 18 with tires feel heavier than the R3 wheels with tires. Never bothered to weigh them but there like what 21lbs
I'm on hankook ventus v12 evo2 I like them, excellent dry and wet grip for the road. No issues on track wet or dry, saw the traction light blink a few times on some of the sketchier turns in the rain tho

Didn't have to rent anything, first come first server. I definitely felt special, especially that there were cars easily 5x my cars value outside the paddocks
Modern camera's equipped on today's smart phones are more than capable of taking a good picture. Amazing how far tech has come in recent years.
And yeah, all the oem wheels were disgustingly heavy imo. My 18x9.5 RS-DF with 255/35 are about 5 lbs less each corner and even my 18x11 R6 wrapped with 295/30 A052's weigh about 2 lbs or so less. I'm glad to hear the v12's performed well on a damp surface / in rain, I've overheated them pretty quickly on dry streets before.
Awesome the paddocks were open for public use. I've never had the pleasure. You always have to pay around these parts. I much prefer to keep my vehicle out of the sun if possible.
Been sitting in the garage for 4 years, needed a new alternator, radiator, hoses, battery, plugs, oil change, had the authentic mazdaspeed bumper repainted and the hood.
just got the wheels powder coated today and curb rash fixed.
