I know they will be tough to install myself but i am interested. Just curious about fitment, leaks, or any other problems and/or concerns before dropping the ca$h.

I donno about replacing the rear doors. We don't have a b-piller because it's built into the rear doors. Without it, I don't know how sound the car is if you were ever t-boned. I bet the CF doors shatter and you die.

I don't think anyone has purchased a set. As with buying them off ebay, Id be vary wary. I couldn't imagine the gaps & other fitment issues one could run into. Would look cool, but I'd dont think I would purchase a set for fear of fitment.

I wouldn't even consider these because, as was previously stated, WTF happens in a side impact collision?
You die.
I think that unless these are reinforced, you will experience epic amounts of fail.

I thought carbon fiber was stronger than the tin we have on the car... Dont they make airplanes out this stuff??? That is a good point... Does anyone know how strong the carbon fiber is???? I guess that is the first thing to find out... How safe is it... I looked on the ebay site and could not find a phone number for the company. Does anyone have that as well???

CF is strong, but it doesn't bend. Metal bends. So if you impact it, it bends and still holds together. With CF, if you bend it, it will snap. A plane doesn't need to worry about what happens if it crashes since you're dead anyway. With a car, most any impact will be enough to flex the CF and unless it has the same metal reenforcement that our OEM doors have, you're not going to be happy with the results.

and plus it would look very ugly if someone scraped the side or rammed into the doors. you cant repair it. on top of that insurance wouldent pay for it and it would cost another arm and leg for another cf door. i have cf parts on my car, but im not that into the look of it, i just paint over it.
