That shouldn't make you sick, you should think of it as a major compliment. Think about the recent mods that have been done...these would include Lexus 300 taillight conversions, S2000 tail light conversions...having an RX8 nose and taillight conversions just means that a lot of tuners like the styling elements on our vehicles. I don't see this a negative at all.

I do take it as a compliment. Luckily that shouldn't happen that often.

A few years back it was super cool to convert your civic into anything else but a civic, i.e. Supras, Skyline, and RX-7's. Extensive work were done on the bodies of these little rice rockets to resemble some other Japanese super cars of the time, with a little 4 banger to be found under the hood. I thought that had to be the gayest thing in the world. The money they spent on body work to convert these civics into Supras, they could have bought an actual Supra and stuck a 4 Cylinder engine in the bay.

I'll look for the link but there's a car, I believe a Civic, that a body shop converted to an F50 as an example of thier work.
EDIT: Nevermind, I think it was an NSX orginally.

There's a full body replacement for the Lotus Esprit that makes it into an F50 too!
