Clear Corners, White Fogs, White Driving Lights
So i have finally gotten around to taking pics of the 8. I figure i might be able to contribute to the board with the following shots.
Shown below:
Clear Corners with the Reflector Removed and PIAA Super White LED Bulbs
Driving Lights Replaced with PIAA Super White LED Bulbs
Fog Lights Replaced with PIAA Xtreme White Bulbs
OEM HIDs
The Only thing i would change on this setup is the fog lights. I would replace them with the PIAA Xtreme Force bulbs, but I am too incredibly lazy to go through the install again.
DISCLAIMER: Before i get flamed, please note i am not a photographer, nor do i pretend to be one. I also have shaky hands, and have no clue on how to take good night pics.

white leds have a much higher color temperature than the stock HIDs...temps me to swap the bulbs on the hids for a higher temp

Haha, that was my thought as well. Who offers upgraded headlamp bulbs?

These are the only reputable ones I have found so far.

they aren't nearly that expensive...plus you'll want more like 8500K since I believe our bright white leds are around there but I don't have a meter (a few thousand for a meter!)

Mind you the pic is on HIGH exposure time so it actually doesn't look that BLUE. More like Truemagellan's pic of his corners

I just answered a PM about this from another member, this is a copy of the PM:
I picked up all my bulbs at autolumination.com
pretty good stuff but I've read other people have reliabilty issues with the bulbs...I've had no problems and they been in for 6-8 months
inner light closest to the badge of the front of the car AND the clear corners are 194 super white 5LEDs...they do sell 6LED ones but they are more of a spotlight and do not work well in this application
here is the page, first bulb on there in Super White:
http://autolumination.com/194.htm
I also have the front turn signals with the super white those are number 7440 and the back turn signals with 7440 Amber, and the reverse lights superwhite
just know that if you change the turn signal bulbs you will reduce the resistance and cause the blinkers to blink triple time (indicating a bulb is out but with LEDs they wont be out...you will need to install load equalizers to fix this...I have pics of how I installed the Load equalizers but never made a DIY since it was soooo easy to do. If you want info on changing turn signals with load equalizers just ask
Good luck...post some pics when your done

EBAY ALL THE WAY!!!

Make sure you get the PIAA "Super White" LED and not the "Blue/White" LED, unless you want the blue look. The Blue/White is actually two seperate bulbs in each LED housing, one of which is blue, while the other is white.
I went with straight white on mine. They still have a slightly blue reflection in the housing, but i love the way they look.
PIAA also makes about 5 other types of LED Bulbs, but i think these are the best.
On my previous car i went through alot of cheap brands before i finally broke down and bought the PIAAs. I have never had any problem with these burning out. Cuzo's were also good, but the light in the PIAA's are brighter.

I just ordered xenon super whites for the parking and reverse, red 15 LEDs for the brake lights, and chrome unlit/amber lit bulbs for the corners and for the turn signals! Clear corner lenses are on the way too. I can't wait!
