Titanium Grey Mica II (Mazdaspeed II), Black Cherry Mica (Shinka - US) Ebony Mica (Sport Prestige Limited - JP), Strato Blue Mica (Mazdaspeed)

Actually, here's the real answer... from the horse's mouth.

For Sport Prestige Limited (a.k.a Shinka - one in the same), to be released very soon in Japan and U.S., there are 3 special colors:
Black Cherry Mica ("official" color of SPL), Ebony Mica Metallic & Titanium Grey Mica II (The pictured one in question).

ehhhhh..... it may be.

SPL should have the biege leather seat. That one on the top have a seat must be darker than biege, surely.

So I don't think it is an SPL... and it is unlikely a black cherry.

From Woverine link "エクステリアでは黒を基調に統一されたエアロパーツを採用" so it is a dark colour.
I think it is black. I will believe it is nordiac green. I don't think it is black cherry. I am certain that it is not an SPL.

Its hard to tell from that picture but it looks like the new Carbon Grey colour, which will be found on the 05 Special Edition of the Mazda3.
