Day trip up the coast (56k probably not)
So I had to go to Santa Maria on business and I decided to make some pleasure out of it. From southern california i went up the 210 to the 126 to the 101. I stopped a Magic Mounting, Seaclif and Gaviota State beach for picutres. From the looks of it its not southern california sunshine but then again it wasnt turely southern california.

I guess technically you could but some of these pictures in the iligeal place to park thread. On the pier and at the state beach (i didnt pay) and also in the lanes of magic mountain parking. This was deffinitly a fun business road trip.

i like that shot to alucard, i just wish there were less planks in the way.
FYI the roller coaster is X but it is going to be shut down very soon for modifications and reopened in Springs 08 as X2 (5 dimensional coaster)

great shots Loren...love the one where you're out on the old wooden pier....and the one from the passenger side with the coast on the left...very nice. Now go back and make those corrections before Captain Spelchek makes his way over into this section of the forums.

I am going to be making this drive again from Rancho Cucamonga (ontario, ca) up to Santa Maria again next week. Are there any other great spots for pictures? This time i will have my stock wheels on.

Round 2
Well this time a different day (with sun light!) with different rims but i didnt allow my self as much time to stop as i did last time plus i had a few more errands to run. i did see quite an inventory of exotics (well kind of)
-yellow soft top modeno near las vergenes (101)
-4 astin martins (all on the 101) one near the farrari and the rest on the coast
-the red GTS
-and i happen to see a new BWM X6 (quite positive)
-and a TG 8 just as i hit the cost out of ventura

oh the the red side markers are some red vynal that kwescott got and we swapped clears for the red. the amber is still reflective with direct light but looks red during the day and shines red at night.
