all four looked horrid. I lost in car shows because of them.
The local dealer wouldn't paint them for me, so I went ahead and did it in my garage.
new wheels are showing up sometime this month, then I'll post more pics.

And where did you put the jacks?
Anyway, if you look under your car, there's a spot kind of where the suspension meets the axle...that's where I jacked. It still places presure on the suspension so you don't get as much hang.
I also placed a jack stand just in case something bad happened it would catch my car from falling onto the frame
let me know if you need anything else.

From the looks of it it doesn't appear as though he disconnected the brakes. Just removed the wheels.

Blead the brake system?? Now you're getting into a realm of mechanics that is beyond my comprehension and understanding...or ability for that matter.
No no. I just took the wheels off, covered the rust with this kick *** rust disolver, then I put a couple coats of paint on there, let it dry, and finally put wheel back on.
The paint I used for the caliper was "caliper paint" that you can get at auto zone or any other similar auto palace. The paint that I put on the disk was called "engine enamel" color- Aluminum. It comes in a spray can and can withstand extreme heat.

but with the disc it dripped. So I just used masking tape to keep it off the polished portion. and let it drip into an aluminum pan.

Definitely a nice job.
Were you satisfied with the results of the rust disolver? I've never used such a thing. My dealer claimed they sandblasted the rotors when they painted the hubs, but the rust started creeping in around the edges after only 6 months so I suspect they either 1) lied about the sandblasting and just painted over raw rust or 2) did sandblast or otherwise clean first, then painted with really poor quality paint.
Seeing that diminished my enthusiasm for a DIY paint job. I figured the only way to make it last would be to strip all the parts out and take them to a pro. However, I really like to redo the rotors and paint the calipers without paying big $$$ to a shop.

I have this stuff and might try it if I decide to paint my rotors and calipers. Worked great on some of my motorcycle parts.
