Seriously. I've had tall friends try sitting in my driver's seat, and they felt cramped......did you modify your seat Lurch?

My dad is 6'4", and removed the seat in his Datsun roadster, drilled new holes, and permanently bolted it down so he's comfortable. Unfortunately (or maybe he wants it that way), nobaby else can drive his car.....unless they're really tall.

 

Nope, no mods to the seat at all. It's weird. I can drive a Honda Civic (I have owned 3, 92 hatch, 95 2 dr, and a 93 4dr) with no problems. But when my sister had her Xterra, I couldnt even drive it. Like, the steering wheel was jammed against my legs. Strange huh?

hahaha, no. its weird too, compared to me, both my parents are short, dad 6'2, mom 6'1, my sisters are short middle one at 5'11, little one at 5'7, my fathers parents were downright diminutive, moms dad was 6'2, her mom was around 5' somewhere. the only other really tall people in my family are mom's brother at 6'6, my first cousin at 6'4, and a cousin i have met twice way on the other side of my fathers family at 6'6. hell, i was taller than my 6'4 cousin and all his friends at his birthday partywhen i was 2 and a half, he was 5.

 

Wow, I consider myself lucky at 5'5". My Dad is 6'4", and my mom is 4'11".
