Nice. I like 'em. What size would you theoretically get?

18" I think it's a great size for any wheel.

When are you thinking of getting the '8 so you have a reason to get the wheels?

Motegi rims suck. Look up the weight on those rims. I had Motegi's before and they bend like hot butter. Konigs bend easy too. Okay looking though.

They are 25 lbs. I was hoping to get opinions on them.

I'm not a big fan of Motegi either. They are great for looks though!

They won't fit the RX-8, they mainly for 350Z & G35's. Like CohdeyTakahashi said.. "Focus on getting the car first!"

Hmmm yes... but I'd like to get a checklist done. Certainly the car comes first but there is always time to think of the other investments you can get her.

That's probably the answer I may have been looking for. Oh well, yes. I know the car comes first.

Just FYI, after you get your car, and if you do decide to get wheels, and if you decide to get a wheel with a fatter lip you may want to consider going up to a 19" wheel. Sometimes deep dish wheels look smaller than they actually are. Just my $.02

I agree about the dish making the wheel look smaller.

I've already changed my mine on the motegi's. I'll shoot for the Volks after I get the car.

What?!?! No love for the Motegi's???

I will totally agree that Motegi's are cheap but I knew that when I bought my wheels and I have to say I'm happy with them.

I see Tire Rack has picked up some of the Motegi line.
