Got the MS Kit

My 1st major mod, already have the lowering springs from Mazda, gives it a nice drop without hindering comfort. Next up are the wheels.....

It cost a lot and I dare not say Actually when you consider it's OEM quality and not fiberglass and the fact that it's painted and fitted it's not a bad price, but then again $6K is still a fortune

Wheels will come when I can afford them The car is only 2 weeks old!

5" ground clearance, 18" on the second measurement. I'm on Tein S-tech.

I can get the measurements for you tomorrow, it's 11pm here However my car is lowered with the Mazda lowering springs which lower it by 20mm I believe. For me this drop with the kit is perfect, it clears the huge speed humps they have over here!!

Thanks! Yes all of that comes with the authentic kit. The kit was supplied and fitted by Mazda for me. I saw the kit before it got installed, the bumper looked better IMHO without the plastic bar as the mouth looked HUGE! The problem was the grill they suplly would not have covered the extra bit the plastic covered.

Only wish we did not have to have the front plate like you guys, it just spoils the whole clean look.

Yes it is, wish I had told them to keep it off, but we need it here for it to pass MOT (yearly certificate to confirm it's road worthy). It stick out a bit and the original fog (rotary shaped) cannot be refitted to the MS kit.

I'll get a better pic at the w/e.

I'm trying to figure out how this cost you $6,000. Please tell me, it wasn't $6,000 euros

MS Wing - $876
MS Rear under bumper - $732
MS Side Skirts - $720
MS Front Bumper - $1,290
MS Lowering Springs - $258

Total = $3876.00
Even if you added the MS exhaust ($540), that would still only be $4,416
(all prices were taken from trussville mazda)

Are prices in Europe even more then here in the US??
What did a body shop charge you for install???

I was quoting USD, however I'm in the UK and the USD is not worth much at the moment against the pound (GBP) Even so it is still more expensive here compared to the US I think, purely because there is only one Mazda dealer that I know of that supplies these in the UK....

Supplied painted (not fitted)

Front bumper - £980
Sides Skirts - £551
Rear under bumper - 521
Rear wing - £711
Front fog light brackets - £55

Install was about £300!

Even with the plate it looks awesome. Europlates are so much smoother and blend in a lot better than our squarish ugly plates in the states.
