Gundarx's new kit!
So today, Gundarx wanted to install his new Chargespeed kit and his new lip spoiler, so he came all the way out here to have it done lol. His car still isn't finished yet because he has some more goodies going on within the next 2 weeks. So here are some pics of the new kit!

Haha.. major props go to Ray for basically doing all the work, especially with the drilling and pulling off a great job! I'm very happy with how everything came out
BTW, Abdul, I may show up on Tuesday for a bit.. not sure yet.. a bit busy, hehe.

Thanks everyone .. I know everyone has their own taste.. nothing has appealed to me outside of the stock 8 than this one. Everyone who knows me knows how crazy I was for keeping everything stock.. or close to it And for the longest time I've wanted to get this.
The rear lip spoiler is the Mazda JDM rear lip spoiler (found on the Prestige models.. similar to the Shinka). It should be the same as the Mazda Euro lip spoiler.
All the parts were ordered through Japanparts. I had requested GW for a price on the Chargespeed Bottomline kit and the thread in the Japanparts forum was put up right after he uploaded the products for me.
As far as paint goes, at first I wanted a sort of gunmetal color but later, especially with some of the latest cars like the GT-R, the carbon look grew on me. The CF kit came up to almost double the price of the FRP one, but I didn't want to have to deal with painting it.. that plus it's incredibly light. I've never had anything CF before and was amazed at how light it was. I think so much so that 2 sideskirts held on one hand was actually lighter than the 1 Mazda lip spoiler on the other hand.
More pics of the kit.. and a tease for the wheels that will complete the package.. points to anyone who guesses what they are :

I was also surprised at how well the kit was made. There were zero fitment issues; no modifications were needed at all for all the pieces to mount right, and they were also pre-drilled/holed for the bolts. We had thought the sideskirts would have been tricky to position for the drill.. we didn't even have to use a pencil to mark the points and it was spot on. The body molding rubber thing that we had to take out to install the sideskirts also fit and snapped on right after the skirts were in place. Ray can speak more about this as he was handling most of the installation The only piece that made it very hard to install was believe-it-or-not.. the Mazda lip spoiler.. came with no instructions, needed drilling at certain points.. we had Ray, his dad (who was very cool and helpful all day), and neighbors helping out

The CF kit is listed for about $1650~ on Japanparts now, which should be the same price as when I ordered it at the end of May. The lip spoiler added to the total; so did shipping; and foreign currency charges from my CC. So it came out to about $2600~?
