Yes it is...Mazda has had one floating around the globe for a while...recently I heard they sent it to EU (Netherlands?) for cold weather testing as well as for the inaugural opening of the first hydrogen highway...

Problem with hydrogen is that it puts out less power than the petro version...I am sure that eventually that would be fixed but for now, hydrogen power = slow...
