wheels

What brand and size are the wheels?

Please take a foto of the doors open from the back/side to see how much space when the doors are open

VERY nice balance of red/silver in the details. Definitely one of the cleanest and fluid RX-8 customs I've seen. nothing choppy or unprofessional there!!

the size of the wheels is 10 x 19 with 275/30 19 yokohama avs sport and 8.5 x 19 with 235/35 19 yokohama avs sport

how much space when the doors are open => it has not very much place but I am still young and mobile

must times look whether I a picture has where both doors are open onecan both doors without problems of off EN only the installation arevery difficult and one needs experience.

I thank you for the nice komentare and you natural up to date willkeep. in the winter build I it still another bischen over hifi and asteam generating unit as well as a new hood and still different littlethings

Wheel brand is Work. Model is VS-KF.

You people seriously need to do some research on quality aftermarket part manufacturers from Japan. There is a serious lack of knowledge here.

rmagic kit. i have no clue in rims. IMO, the rims look too sh*tty. no offense. everything else works but i think you can do better for the rims.
Ahh...no. What would you suggest are better?? Motegi? Konig? Axis?

Save that sh*t for the ricers.

Oh yeah, and in case you didn't know yet:
Volk is played out/ HRE's overpriced products only belong on euro-cars or luxury sedans (RX-8 is not a V.I.P. car)/ and save the CCW--Kenesis--Fikse for the old-*** SCCA drivers, don't put that weak stuff on Japanese street cars.

Here's a tip: Work, Weds, Advan, SSR.

Oh yeah back to the topic: Nice car! good choice on the aero, killer paint job. Nice and clean, no stupid vinyl "graphix". But lose the lambo doors and neons.

damm chiba freaking relax. i agree with yu with the lack of knowledge and how
ssrs and advans and works are owning right now but still don't be so harsh. not everyone here are into JDM. i agree motegi isnt as awesome as havin a set of SSRs agel minervas but dont forget, the rims aren't as exactly cheap. SSRs go up to 3Gs or even more if customized.

and also the lambo doors are tyte. thats an opinion.

but yes his car owns. one of the best rx8s

Good thing this guy came a long, he can tell us all how it is, you're my hero.

People can think and do whatever they want. If they want to wear played out Volk's or SCCA only Fikse's on their cars, what the hell do you care.

You make your car look how you want, and others will do the same. I am sure yours is much better than everyone elses anyhow.

Oh, and let me apologize for all the people on these boards who don't memorize the product lineups off all the various aftermarket companies. How silly of them, they couldn't possibly have anything better to do than sitting infront of their computers reading about Johnny JDM's new aftermarket part day and night. We should get a group buy going on sport compact car, import tuner, european car and other various magazines so we can all be blessed with your knowledge.

Yeah, I was refering to dudes in their late 50's and 60's driving their porsches and vettes in the scca, they're all over the american brand wheels like kinesis, fikse etc...

I'm not talking about the old school cars. Of course a s30z, kgc10, kp61, 2000gt celica, bluebird 1600 sss- should be rolling on old style work equips, longchamp xr-IV, ssr and enkei mesh, epsilons, and rs watanabes.

I was talking about newer ssr wheels like professor sp-1 for example.

And SuPerHerO::tOnY, I know its a matter of personal taste or opinion if you like the lambo doors. In Japan right now every shop cars got them. Veilside, RE- Amemiya, Kazama....even Jubiride has them on their ae86s. But sorry, even if its all the rage in JDM-land, I'm still not impressed.

Not all JDM is great, never said it was.

Agreed. Your car is most impressive. Would love to see it in person some time. Alas, the closest I'll be to Switzerland any time soon is Munich, in January.

Nothing is wrong with you or your car. Keep up the good work!

Some of us folks here in the States have developed the need to refer to showy car modifications as "ricey" (vertical swinging doors, stickers, angled body kits, large spoilers, stickers, etc.)

It's an ill-conceived opinion formed by people who either don't have the intestinal fortitude to work on their own cars, or have been bashed too much in the past for their own mods.

Putting down someone else's car mods makes people believe their personal tastes are on a higher level, much like a budding alcoholic who would believe they are a connoisseur after they've had a few sips of Dom Perignon or Kryshtal.

Your modifications become bad only when YOU decide they're bad.

I am curious, how hard is it to enter and exit your 8 with the lambo doors?
Looks like there isn't much room there.
