Thank you very much topgear8. Yes, Cape Cod is considered a seasonal vacation spot. In the summer time it doubles in population. Good thing I know all the backroads. Hehe.

I was fortunate to avoid the flooding, but this was my "hood" earlier this year. I grabbed these photos from American Red Cross Flickr account, but I recognize most of these locations and about half of the people I know were affected by the flooding. Some friends lost their homes completely, some lost their workplace. It's going to take a long time to rebound from this one. I have some more photos on my phone showing the interstate on my way to work and every exit through downtown was closed and the water was up to the roofline on buildings near the river.
