lol, i never wear them except when i do anything in the water. the "shorts" are swim trunks, only ones i had that were clean. anyway, yea the clay bar is AMAZING!! i put the bottle of quick detailer on the hood before i clay barred it, and it went nowhere. but after i clayed it, i did the same thing and it fell right off! it makes it smooth as glass. def worth the 20 dollars. but that's only for the kit. you can buy clay for cheaper than that. but you NEED quick detailer. it's a lubricant for the clay. would white rims look good with nordic green?

As an X-detailer for about 2 years, I would say good job for not knowing much about detailing, Clay Barring is the way to go! :D ... If you want some to get almost every minor scratch out, get a buffer! (dont get the mini orbital hand held ones... spend some money on one). Your Interior could use a bit of shine! They have this stuff called Murphy's Oil Soap. You can use that to clean your seats/carpets. For certain spots that have nicks and or u just want your black molding to stand out, you can use spray details, It will be a temp cover up but dont go crazy (especially on your dash) because it usually collects more dust. I have like a million and 1 techniques for detailing your car, but I cant share all my secrets.. lol

If you're talking about for the stockies then no. I'm not a fan at all about painting stock rims on cars. Save up your $$ for a decent pair of wheels...
