^Depends if your into looks or performance. Looks...i would get clear corners, a spoiler, some people like it spoilerless, but i think it looks naked without one, either get the OEM, the mazdaspeed wing, or a lip spoiler. And defininitally some aftermarket wheels. Performance wise...depends on how much power you want, if you want alot your gonna need to turbo it, if you just want a little(and i mean a little) get an intake, exhaust, shortshifter....those are popular mods, alot of people have the lightweight flywheel...new pullies...etc. Springs/coil overs are definitally a good mod if you want a more agressive look/want to track your car, as well with new sway bars.

wow you just summarized like all the mods in 1 post! lol
I like the stock wheels for now and i dont think im gonna turbo it yet, still got that warranty haha. The intake and exhaust seem like the regular mods to do so i might go for those first. I wanted to get the mspeed spoiler but it seems to be going for a lot and I don't mind the spoilerless look, maybe because thats how mine came. I bet if mine came with a spoiler I would think it looks naked too. lol
Thanks for the welcomes guys ill post more pics later on tonight or tomorrow when there's daylight

^Actually mine came without the spoiler, so i found a guy selling his OEM spoiler for $70 so i picked it up, looked much better IMO. exhaust and intake are good mods, won't make it that much faster but will sound better (depending on which exhaust you buy) Racing Beat is a popular exhaust for people who want a little more of a grunt when they accelerate, but it's one of the quietest aftermarket exhaust for the 8. I'm going for the Borla cat back, i like the deep tone of it. Just please dont get a tin can ricer exhaust, makes the 8 look and sound bad.

no way man I know what you mean about the ricer exhaust I hate that so much.
I want a deep low sound, i heard the borla and liked it, but since its borla I'm expecting it to be a little too pricy for me. I don't want much more power, to me it feels fast already but I know people say that it gets old after a while and that the speed isn't enough.
I saw the oem spoiler but it just seems to...oem lol I'll just probably save up and buy the mspeed one. Thanks for the input though.

First mod = Axial Flow Short Shifter. Probably the best mod for your car, in all honesty. Many others on here would agree. Pretty inexpensive for how much you get out of it, though........only around $300.

I think lowering springs are the first things you should look into. Will firm up the handling, which is outstanding already, and lower that front end down.
Eibachs or Tein S techs are pretty popular.

i'd agree that adding the axial flow engineering short shifter (also known as the RP or Ron Paul or AFE) is worth it's weight in gold. The stock shifter is one of the best you'll find out of the factory, but the AFE is even better.
