well it was at night so i couldnt really tell if it was the road itself or something on the road. drove by the area today in my brothers car and saw a pothole i think. ugh shitty paving job.

out by me, rt202 in bridgewater. lol. but yeah, they just did a lot of re-paving in the area recently, which is stupid why that is still there.
come to think of it, ive gone over that pothole before but from the other lane, and i felt a nasty bump, kinda stupid they havent fixed it since then =\

So far this year, I have seen 3 vehicle fires on I-95 between RI and MD... 2 of the 3 I have caught on video. This one was on the drive back home:

Not as crazy as the truck fire in NJ 
The video doesn't show much, wrong angle, and YouTube doesn't like the codec. Anyway, about 100 yards after I passed it, I glanced back in the mirror in time to see it explode, the fireball reaching from the truck on the right shoulder almost to the far left lane (of 3?)
I'll give it a shot at uploading, though it doesn't show the explosion.

That reminds me of the car fire I saw a few weeks back in MD. Can't remember what road, I think I-95, but the car was smoking hard and starting to catch fire while hooked up to a tow truck. The dumbass tow truck guy, even though the car was blatenly starting to catch fire, kept raising the car up for tow rather than dropping it and getting the hell away from it. Or at the very least he could have grabbed a fire extinguisher.

And the other one. YouTube doesn't like the codec, so please ignore the audio/video quality. I was testing a new set-up, and the mics were actually under my hood, so there is alot of background noise anyway. I also havent been able to find a program that accepts the codec cleanly to chop it down, so you are stuck with the 3 min clip, with the truck fire at the end. Let it load, then skip ahead to about 2:10 for when you can see the smoke. 2:38 is where you can see the truck the clearest before it passes out of sight.
