Im gonna hold my tongue from now on but self confidence and security have nothing to do with design, people aren't commenting on the color just the use and layout of it...

Oh, God, don't start drama in my thread please.
If you like it, fabulous! I do too.
If you don't, that's fine. Your opinion.
I think that, as soon as the sides get painted (when I'm not broke), it'll look more along the lines of what you guys are geared towards. The skirts were supposed to have bronze as well but the way the lines on the kit are, it would have been impossible to get it straight. So we're working on something else that, when it's done, should look quite nice. Just don't expect it for a while, because between the kit, paint, exhaust, and intake, plus normal every day expenses, in the last 2 weeks, I'm a little short on cash.

And I was keeping my mouth shut waiting for something like that Kimmi. With the hard line on the bumper I was hoping there was going to be something else. I completely understand the short on cash bit and really look forward to the finished product. Although...I really do like Rotr8's edit...hrmmm....

ohhh well all the suspense and not one of your compadrees nor yourself mentioned it was incomplete,,, not trying to make drama jsut trying to be objective you get enough *** kissing comments and I know if it were someone else that there would be deifferent comments flyin around, its you car and your postin itf or peoples opinions so again jsut trying to be objectively critical, nothin personal here!

i saw plenty of people politely say they didn't like her rear bumper so i saw evidence for both people who like it and those who don't. i honestly don't know where this *** kissing you speak of is. i know i'm feeling this job. the kit looks good and the bronze paint flows with the wheels in a different way. it's fresh.
everyone on this board likes criticism. it's how we learn and make our 8's better. but nobody likes it when criticism is smarmy. just gonna throw that up.

kim, i definitely like the look but i feel your car would look more complete with a very small touch - paint the side fender vents bronze as well...enjoy the new look and watch that front lip ...this is your daily driver correct?

I see Chrism painted all over this car!
Kit looks good, and you know i got a soft spot for WWP, but the back bumper is hurting me.... If you paint it white, that'll look like the sex.... Are you planning on getting the canards?

Nice quality work; not my personal style (paintwise); but you have a color-scheme and a design plan and you kept to it; that is awesome and very rare.
+1 on the fender vents; it really ties colors together (body and wheels).
Another idea is to get a custom tint made that matches the bronze in the bumper too - might tie it all together really nice.
But first rate work - it is Kane approved (LOL).

$ well spent! It sux being tapped out but when its all spent on your baby it feels totally justified. You covered what takes some people a year or two (maybe more) to complete all in a couple weeks. You treated the **** out of urself, now its time to enjoy it!

Original Turbo 'd Auto !!
Kimmi,
I like the way the front bumper air inlets are painted. Gives a "Hi, yes I'm behind you. Now remove yourself from my path!" look.
Regardless of what Taj didn't say but did say, your ride will turn out nice.

i like the kit... congrats. I think it would flow better if the back part of the trunk was painted.. heck, or if the whole trunk was painted broze instead of the bumper... but still... i'm just thinking out loud -- don't mind me
