the r-magic cars are not rice, not by a longshot. those are tasteful widebody kits which are backed up with the necessary hp #'s tweaked out of them by a very reputable rotary tuning shop in japan.

the 8's decal/paint scheme has a flaming skull holding a rotor in his hand. pretty sick if you ask me.

The widebody kit might be nice. The car in that picture is not. It's rice. Any benefit from the bodykit is trashed by the wing, neon, and horrible paint job. Get yeeself to a rehab clinic.

 

Neons. Boeing wings. Decals Decals Decals. Tacky paint job. The only way that car could get ricier was if you soaked it in boiling water for about 25 minutes.

I think I despise the word "rice" and peoples meaning toward it. Neons dont mean "rice." Neons done horribly so you can see the bulbs and the wires and the color does not go with the car IS "rice". Decals for parts you actually have in your car don't mean "rice." Decals you bought from auto zone because you WISH your car had the company's product in it IS "rice." A large spoiler to maintain downforce for control on a car that can go fast enough to worry about something like that is not "rice." It may not be the best looking, but it is practical. A huge wing that sticks above the roof line on a non-aspirated four-banger which cannot surpass 95 MPH IS compleately "rice." Now, the up turned exhaust I definately don't like. But then again, it is a show car and is not practical. not only will it funnel water into the exhaust pipes, it wil spew carbon on the rear of the car. Then again, practicality is not what is important for show cars. (Since when do you need 48 tv's in a Mustang?)

The exhaust looks like two 40mm anti-aircraft cannons ready to repel enemy aircraft coming from behind. "All hands man your battle stations. Zeros at 10 o'clock high. Commence fire!"l

 

That's one of the ugliest RX8s ever. Great paint though - looks quality.

 

Like the front bumper and skits but the rear is just to much. paint job on them is nice but can't stand vents in the hoods.

Those exhaust...omg!

But remember guys these aren't car designs that you want to be seen in everyday, they are made to be noticed in a show.

not exactly.....its all about functionality so steakboy is correct.....you can add something that has no power increase but enhance other features of a car and it is not rice....such as suspension, aerodynamics, etc.....
