Mazda Speed RX-8 site up!

I wish this stuff could be factory options, that way it would be alot cheaper because it would just replace the stock equipment.
If that were the case, I'd totally get a RX-8 with Sport package, with Mazdaspeed Type-F seats, lightened flywheel, exhaust and suspension mods.... (drool)

East Moon-san,
If you could answer a question for me, I would appreciate it.
Are the clearances shown for the body panels with or with-out the lowering springs attached? For instance, the side skirt list ground clearance of 125mm (5 inches). I am assuming that is without lowering springs. Am I correct?
I think it says the lower springs only do a 20mm (.8 inches) drop but the car looks almost slammed. It seems a little odd.
Thanks for the site.

Ps. For those wondering how much this stuff will cost to get this stuff to the states, a quick estimate is to divide the yen price 100. That means the forge mag wheels would be about $1,350 a piece to get them to the U.S.
Pps. Shouldn't this thread be in the Mazdaspeed section?

I hope most of that stuff will be available through MazdaSpeed dealers. I know not all of it will be available here in the US (DVD enabled NAV), but I hope we get some of it.
I really like the sideview mirrors, they seem to be cleaner and smaller than stock. Also, ther blue lens fogs on a blue car would look sweet. I played around with the entire site. Fun stuff for anyone.
I don't read japanese, but the viewable zoom features make it very intuitive. I was able to navigate that site pretty well. Why aren't most US auto sites that robust in showing details and changes selected?

I asked Mazda Speed about the ground clearance, today.
This data is "Normal Suspension".
Front nose ground clearance 145 mm
Side skirt ground clearance 150 mm
Rear under spoiler ground clearance 184 mm
When you attached with the suspension of Mazda Speed, please take 20mm away from those data.
I have only those information now.
and I don't know, which suspension attached this pictures Mazda Speed MX-8
I wishes that my answer makes you happy and clear.
thanks
