MazdaSpeed spoiler on Titanium Gray

Greetings Guys/Gals,

Just finished installing the Mazdaspeed Spoiler on my Titanium Gray. Got it from Rosenthal Mazda today and it took about an hour to put on. Removed the old 'arch' spoiler that came stock. Instal went pretty easy. Had to drill 2 new holes though because the stock spoilers holes are about 1/4" off. Please excuse the low resolution of the pics, forgot to turn it up on the camera. Enjoy the pics.

Yup, the install was very straight forward. The install directions come with drill templates so you can properly do it. Very easy. Hardest part was going through my garage looking for an 8mm drill bit that's needed to drill the holes. I didn't have any problems with the lower lip properly sealing with the trunk lid like some other people have mentioned.

Nope, I'm waiting to hear back from them. I've pretty much given up hope on working with those people.. thinking about it makes angry. Beware of those guys... but I'll save that rant for the vendors forum...

Holy thread ressurection!

The MS spoiler has a foot-plate that covers the original holes, but you do have to drill two new ones. Everything get nicely covered, but there will be "scuff" marks on the trunk lid where the apearance package spoiler was since it makes contact in an area where the MS foot plate does not.
