I think you need to get an aftermarket kit and paint the skirts, trunk, hood, and front and rear bumpers WB. I think it would make it look a lot better. It's your car and if you like it, thats all that matters. I actually happen to think it doesnt look bad. just think you need to add more WB to make it all "fit together", like the kit idea. where you get the chrome rotary seat inserts with the blue "rx-8" text? I wouldnt mind getting those for my seats.

 

They are the stock ones. I just painted them. It gets love from other 8 owners who see it in person all the time... This is an odd forum. Red + Black is overdone... All black is just so Grand National.... Love it or hate it, atleast it draws a response, which is better than "Oh..another blakc 8 with blah blah blah...."
