There is a thread in the DIY section for the A-Pillar Gauge install. It clearly shows that the airbag is not located there.

those rims he has are the old school one's to be i dunno wut size.. but they look a bit off. i jus got mine which are the version II here

did you notice your Turbo gauge is at 0?
If the car is in idle... it should be in the negs... just a thought.
