FWIW I work for a Fortune 500 company in the US with the title of "Engineer" yet have no professional training as such -- I have a business degree of all things.
Hell, thesedays you pick up garbage and you're giving the title of Sanitation Engineer

in the US, well, at least in texas, getting the degree isnt enough to call yourself an engineer. I thought it was nation wide, but I could be wrong. It works almost exactly the same here as it does in canada. You have to pass the FE to get your degree (fundamentals of engineering) and then pass the PE (professional engineering exam) to actually call yourself an engineer. You can be legally sued for misusing the title.
The difference here is that you don't have to do 2 years apprenticeship to take the PE. Most of us took it right out of school.

If your a regular at the Autocross events.....you should know that i have attended several times.....and the time and photo you posted are accurate of my first run on a track that i just arrived at....with no walk through....and taking it easy the first couple times around.
If you payed any attention.....im sure you know how my times basically dropped about 10-15 seconds the 2nd time around.....and proceded too get dramitically better of 4-8 seconds for the next several times.
Im probably wasting my time telling you this.....you probably know damn well how much my times improved....and how the things you said was only aimed at slandering me because of your sorry little poor life......and not being honest.
You can bet....its not a good thing too have very rich people who know many other people too be on their bad side.

I think discman is leaving out part of the story. I remember coming across a website with the same looking sv on it at an autocross track. The website made fun of the driver because of how poorly he drove, you can imagine the insults slung at a young kid with money and no driving skills. That looks to be his response to the website.

i'm not angry at anyone. I just saw that whole thing on the riceboy website and just posted it. is this the same guy from riceboy? cuz they both have a blue diablo SV with that SV decal on the side and both are in the malibu area(?)...
Yeah(the letter I quoted), that was the diablo owners' resposne to some negative comments about his driving. I though his way of writing as well as AddictiveRx's were one in the same so I figured AddictiveRX is the same guy from riceboy. Also, what are the chances you have 2 exactly the same super cars in the same area?
seems wierd to me.
