That was hilarious. I can just picture that.

Why not drill holes? I did that with mine half a year ago and never had problems again. Is there something I don't know? Did I lose some hp and tq?

Edit: BTW the smoked tails look great. I am thinking of doing that with mine plus the headlights. Nice job.

looks nice, usually don't like it on cars, but nice!

On a side note, when you debadged your car, how did you get rid of the holesleft by the "MAZDA" badge??

I like the debaged look. I'm going to do this one of these days. It's a nice and clean look.

I don't drive my car much at night. I don't want it too dark either. This is what I want: http://www.rx8strakes.com/index.asp?...ROD&ProdID=303

It's gunsmoke--7% darker than stock, should not be an issue.

Then the rear: http://www.rx8strakes.com/index.asp?...ROD&ProdID=298

Gunsmoke 7% as well, although its not pictured. Should be just enough to make it look different, yet not affect visibility.

if you're buying taillight overlays, i DO NOT suggest getting a cheap kit.

they will rip and you will cry.

I would think the rx8strakes ones are pretty decent. They price suggests it...50 bucks a set.
