Hey Sam, I don't know if this is a stupid question but my center caps say Gen.2 on them, so it's a gen2 not 1 right?

 

yea the "Gen.2" are the 2nd style of the 3 spoke cave in. the first ones are the old school flat faced ones. it goes yellowrx, lazi,tilm. in that order of the update in the 3 spoke rims

Tilm, I think the rims you have look better without caps. I think the only thing that would make them look any better is a polished aluminum style center cap to just fill in the hole in the little hole in the center

 

Black calipers would look nice gleaming off the rim.

There has to be some center caps for those to complete the good looking rim setup.

thanks lazi. yea i think so to, but i have to keep painting the centers black. if i dont they look all rusted and might leave me with rust stains from the water running down. it happened to me before on some rims i had on my other car. they were getin stained cause my lug nuts were open and the rust off the studs was dripping down the rim and that sucked. my car sits in a garage most of the time, but it rains alot this time of year. so its more of a matinance thing then looks
