Thanks and I was afraid it wont look good with the carbon.... But this was the setup I wanted for a loooooong time. I will be getting the RE-Amemiya roof spoiler probably in a week to complete the look.

I don't know. I'm not feeling it. Maybe it's because the fitment looks really off.

Fitment is actually good, but some adjustments can make it better... I will do some more adjustments to it when I have some time. Also the pics don't do its job...

edit: The reason for gap is because the carbon trunk sits a little higher than the oem trunk.

Hey man what do you do for your Seibon TS hood care? I've heard CF gets weaker as the elements hit it etc and that a good ole 3m Clearbra does a very good job... your opinion? because im thinking about ordering this bad boy for my white 8...

The first thing I would do is get it clear coated because it will protect it from the sun's UV rays. If you dont get it clear coated or put any type of UV protection film (clear bra) on it, the gel coat will fade or turn yellow over time.

Wish I done this when I first got this hood...

They actually don't come clear coated from seibon... but unless assault tech clear coated it for you. I know because I have the seibon TS hood on mine for about 2 years now and its starting to yellow. I also went to multiple shops to have them check it, and they told me the same thing.

Yea it should be around $150-$200. My shop was going to charge me $150 to get it done, but I am debating on painting it body color...

Well how long does it take for the hood to start changing colors??? Because I get ALOT of sun here in Texas... I mean I knew Seibon didnt Clear Coat their hoods but on their website it SAID it was clear coated so all of that for a good price I couldnt pass up, Im a mad now that its not clear-coated...
