To each their own...that's why they make our car in MULTIPLE colorways. So everyone can have their "Favorite" color. I think it's the best of two worlds--Phantom Blue.
In direct sunlight its jus a bit darker than Winning Blue but lighter than the Stormy blue and in low light its a bit darker than the Nordic Green. Guess that's why its called "Phantom" cause sometimes you see it and sometimes you don't. For me, this way, I never get tired of the color as the light changes it all the time. And it's not the CHEESY purple and brown looking Chameleon on Chevys.
It shines like all get out and it's a rare-er color. I love it! I stare at MINE for hours at a time watching the color fade from green to blue with the sparkles...Whew.
Ahem...I'm gonna need a moment alone guys....

yeah I agree I love my phantom. I get many compliments on it all the time, and have yet to see another phantom since I bought my 6 months ago. I like the rareness of the color, as well as how it can look so many different colors depending on the sun. But yes it's definitely best looking in full sunlight! I'm sure you'll enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine. zoom zoom!

i like the color at night when i pull into a gas station... you look at it from an angle and it goes from a dark green to light blue then back to an indigo... of course bright daylight is awesome too! i have only seen 1 other one in person, so i too enjoy the rareness of the color

It looks like a dirty pool fool of algae when you first open it in the spring...i dont like it....throw some stickers on it maybe it will be better with a different color in the mix

I'm glad you can express your feelings so eloquently. Just a suggestion, I would check your spelling/grammar before you try to trash talk someone's opinion. It will make you seem less of a "fool".
