you get points for creativity but you also lose points for that same creativity.
1) wheels are not my cup of tea but they don't look too bad; keep them.
2) I like what you tried to do with the black / silver but the red (??) is throwing the whole look off for you.
- the rotor in the hood would probably look better if it didn't have the red.
- mirrors should be black as well
- roof: all black
I would put some clear corners on, dark tinted windows, and you'll be set.
Maybe get some Mazdaspeed side skirts and paint the grey portion of them with the same red you used for the car.
I don't know, that's what I would do.
As long as YOU like it though, that's what matters

You guys are frigging brutal, I read this thread back to front and honestly expected to see pictures of the tasmanian devil spray painted all over the car with the bashing.
I'm not a huge fan of the three tone paint, but It doesn't look tacky, poorly done or dumb, like that car in the "what not to do" thread with money painted all over it.
The OP did ask for opinions by posting, but if this is the kind of reaction that people can expect you are going to see fewer and fewer people taking the chance on a ton of brutal criticism by sharing their pictures. Just saying, a little temperance can make the board a little more interesting.
To the OP I happen to like the style of the rims, not sure how 20's look fitment wise from that angle, but they sort of resemble the OEM rims, but look a little more "stout" for lack of a better term. Paint looks clean, I'm not a huge fan of the triple tone, but I think the car looks pretty sharp from what I can see.

i like it. it's not near as tacky as that car someone put in a link. not every car has to be some tuner/borderline ricer. it's different, props.
i would get clear corners though. after spending all that money already, $50 shouldn't be too hard to drop.

i think it's funny too that the response was typical of this board when the general consensus is that people don't like it. same people chiming in with their cute little comments like "what did it ever do to you?" crap.
if you met these people in person and showed up at a meet, the response would be completely different. only due to the fact that this is the internet and you will never meet these people do they feel like they have the audacity to say whatever they feel.

Its the red outline thats bringin out the "hate". I actually like the looks of the wheels, very different. Overall, it is a bit extreme for stock trim but the quality is there. Its not bad, if it were a solid color or just two toned (black on silver) with kit, i would like it alot.

The paint job is not my taste, the wheels are acutally pretty nice.. especially if you end up getting a kit and a drop
But just remember no matter what anyone says here, all that matters is that you are happy with it

It would look a lot better without the red. Also, get clear corners and lower it slightly. Other than that, nice to see something different for a change. Would I do it..no. But that's just me. Happy modding!
